DESCRIPTION:The Cairns RSL Sub Branch will proudly be hosting\, in partnership with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs\, HMAS CAIRNS\, 51st Battalion Far North Queensland a Wellness morning as part of Veterans’ Health Week. \nYou are invited to join us for a group training session followed by a free morning tea at Wharf One Cafe. \nPeople of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join us. \nEVENT ORDER\n0715 Registration \n0730 Four stations will run simultaneously and participants can choose one group to join \n\nNavy PT\nArmy PT\nMobility session (run by Navy)\nMindfulness walk (led by Katherine Young)\n\n0815 Free networking morning tea at Wharf ONE Cafe with a short address from form ADF member Rob Lee on the topic of Mental Wellness \n0900 Event concludes \nOur event aims to raise awareness around the importance of improving and maintaining good mental health and wellbeing which\, in turn\, strongly influences our physical health and social connectedness with family\, friends and community. \nFor catering purposes\, please RSVP to rebecca.milliner@crslsb.org.au by Wednesday 30 October.
