2022 SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING – AGENDA
The following is the Agenda of the Special General Meeting of members of the Cairns RSL Sub Branch Inc which will be held at the Catalina Room RSL Building 115 Esplanade Cairns.
Sunday, 23 October 2022 @ 2pm
The Agenda for the Special General Meeting is as followed:
1. Opening of Meeting
2. Ode

3. Pledge of Allegiance
I, ………………………do hereby swear allegiance to the Commonwealth of Australia and its people and do hereby subscribe to the Constitution of Australia and the Constitution of the Returned and Services League of Australia.

6. As per the notice the reason for calling the Special General Meeting is to:
a. Elect one (1) President for a three-year term.
Four Nominations were received and duly signed by the nominee and witnessed by two current members were received at the closing date and time of 1600hrs 14 October 2022

c. To elect one (1) RSL FND District Delegate
No Nominees received.
7. For the membership to direct the Delegate to vote to decide on supporting a Director for the State Director Elections.
