BOARD NOMINATION UPDATE

Due to RSLQ IT error, the nomination for the Board of Nathan Shingles by email was not received by the due date and time.

Following an investigation of the error, as the Secretary, I have determined that Mr. Shingles did meet the deadline for nominations.

An amendment to the Agenda will be made at the AGM to include Mr. Shingles nomination for the Board.
