Luke Heard has had a  passion for food his whole life. He worked in several take away stores as a young boy. As a young adult he moved into food manufacturing, producing meat marinades, before moving across to the dairy industry in 2001 were he started in the milk plant and moved to yogurt with National Foods (Now Bega).

In 2006, Luke decided on a career change and joined the Royal Australian Navy. Having spent most of his career in Cairns, Luke’s wife Stacey worked at the Westcourt DFO Donut King for 9 years.  In 2017 an opportunity was presented to purchasing their  own store at Earlville. With the success of this store, Luke and Stacey saw the need for a store in Smithfield, which they recently opened in June 2021.

Our passion continues in Coffee, Donuts, and of course customer service and engaging with people.
