After a successful corporate career, Richard and his family moved to Cairns with the intent of setting up a business specifically focussed on the rehabilitation of individuals with physical and mental disabilities using SCUBA.

Regan O’Neill of Regan O’Neill Art has previously worked at the Cairns RSL Sub Branch and still volunteers her time with us. Regan is a huge advocate of veterans.

He is an ex-British Paratrooper who served in Northern Ireland and the Gulf and also spent four years in Bosnia during the war, as an Aid Worker.

FVRC has the highest level of licensing and codes available in QLD pertaining to firearms use and is a specialist in all forms of firearms related feral animal control including aerial shooting (fully qualified and Civil Aviation Safety Authority accredited), ground shooting, urban area shooting and thermal shooting. FVRC also has extensive experience incoordinating trapping programs for both predators and feral pigs and is appropriately qualified against the Australian Qualifications Framework in all of these areas noted above.
